What you need to know

This year’s festival kicks off tomorrow (April 16, 2015) at 8pm.  Here’s all you need to know:

Box Office

Online ticket sales will be available until 6 hours before the first show of the night.  The Box Office will open at the theater 45 minutes before each show starts.  Both cash and credit cards will be accepted.  No checks, please.

Check the schedule for showtimes.  The house should open for seating 15 minutes before showtime.  Festival passes have reserved seating.  All other seats are first come, first served, so get there early!

Parking and Dining Options

Midtown Art Center (MAC) is at 3414 LaBranch, Houston, TX. The entrance to the theater is on the corner of LaBranch and Holman. The MAC has a small parking lot just North of the theatre on LaBranch. Additionally, HCC has a lot which is freely available after 6pm on weekdays and all-day on weekends on the South-East corner of Holman and LaBranch. Street parking is also available but please pay attention to surrounding signage.

Restaurants

  • Subway: 1101 Holman – about 5 blocks West of the theater at Main and Holman
  • Luigi’s Pizzeria: 3700 Alameda – a block South on LaBranch and a block East on Winbern
  • Natachee’s Supper and Punch: 3622 Main Street – 5 blocks West and 2 blocks South on Main

Concessions

Free craft beer will be provided by No Label Brewing, but also feel free to bring your own.  We will have red solo cups available so you can drink your BYO adult beverages in style.

Light snacks and water will also be available for a fee.

After Parties

Come hang out with the cast and crew at our awesome after parties!  Here’s the schedule:

Thursday, April 16 – 10pm-??

Friday, April 17 – 11pm-??
Numbers Nightclub, 303 Westheimer Rd – Come join us for some drinking and dancing!

Saturday, April 18 – 11pm-??
Hefley’s, 138 West Gray  – Join us for Karaoke (downstairs) or to just hangout (upstairs)
