Dan Grimm’s philosophy of improv is simple – connect emotionally, be vulnerable and profit. Dan has performed and taught improv in Texas and Chicago for nearly 20 years, starting with Freudian Slip at Texas A & M University and eventually training at iO and the Second City in Chicago. Past credits include Pavlov’s Dogs, The Belmont Transfer, The New Movement, and currently Never Pickles. Dan taught at The New Movement in Austin, served as stage manager with Second City TourCo and is currently a producer for Big Little Comedy. When not involved with the extremely lucrative world of improv, Dan has eeked out a living as a stage hand, pyrotechnician, and high school theater teacher. He also builds out theaters.
